Boxing Workout

A lot of people ask me how I stay motivated and although I LOVE working out and fitness is one of my biggest passions I always make sure to keep it fun. I’m always trying new classes and making sure I keep surprising my body. 

I love boxing because it gives ME a full body workout and you can burn up to 600 calories an hour.
