This 20 second circuit station training was so much fun, but also very challenging.
I did this to get my body ready for a very intense boxing session, but you can, and should add this to your routine. This routine can be done at home, with any small equipment you have.
Do each exercise for 20 seconds and repeat the whole circuit 3 times. Can you do it?
